VISION

Enhance the employability skills among the students and employment opportunities to meet the expectations of the Industry.

OBJECTIVE

  1. To provide necessary skill training to enhance the employability of the students.
  2. To organize guest lectures, workshops and seminars by experienced personnel from the Industry.
  3. To partner with various organizations from the Industry and organize recruitment drives for our students within and outside the campus.
  4. To motivate students to develop their overall personality in terms of career planning, higher studies and entrepreneurship.

FUNCTION

  1. Providing Training & Placement process awareness to students.
  2. Organizing Pre- Placement Trainings.
  3. To build confidence in students also develops right attitude and values as per industries recruitment process.
  4. Maintaining and regularly updating the database of students. Maintaining database of companies and establishing strategic links for campus recruitments.
  5. Planning and organizing various Placement drives in campus.
  6. To assist students in obtaining placement in reputed companies.
  7. Finding, informing and managing Pool Placements drives.
  8. To have good relations with the recruiters.
  9. Managing Recruiters correspondence and feedbacks.
  10. Arranging meetings with Human Resources Department of companies and TPO’s to promote recruitments.
  11. Provide career guidance in Higher education, placements and entrepreneurship to students.
  12. To build the bridge between industry and academia.

CARREIER GUIDENCE

  1. Highlighting articles on notice board regarding Competitive & Industrial Career Opportunities.
  2. Inform students about the available job opportunities in government sectors and off campus drives.
  3. Arranging Motivational Talks.
  4. Conducting seminar for GATE and GRE Preparation
  5. Conducting corporate training Workshops.

  4. Company visits for HR meet.
