The technical fest, Hyperrkube 2018 was jointly organized by IEEE, ITSA, MESA PESA, IESA and CSI ON 05th and 06th April 2018 in Konkan Gyanpeeth College of Engineering, Karjat. The technical events : robo Com, Robo Soccer , Circuit Designing, Fifa, Tech Quiz, Neon Carom, Neon Cricket, UV Bowling, CAd War, Pro Editing etc. were organized and the students Participated enthusiastically in all events in the Hypercube Function 2018

Each Department conducted Parent Teacher Meeting. The HOD informed about the department activities and also explained how the department offers the best possible learning environment for the students. Subsequently student’s attendance, academic performance and other special programmes have been briefed to the parents. The Class Incharge shared the academic performance of students with parents.
The following points were discussed in the meeting: *General information about Departmental facilities and strategies planned for this academic year was explained. *Information about Internal Test, Oral Exam and University Exam was given to parent. * System that is followed for the internal marks and its importance were explained. * Attendance of the weak student were shown to the parents * Parents were informed about the Study materials, important questions and sample question papers that were given to the students to ease the weak student preparation. * Suggestion from parents regarding facilities provided by college taken. Mesa and Pesa student association organizes farewell function for Mechanical and Production students on 19-04-2018 at Seminar Hall. Head of Dept. Prof. K.A. Chaudhari and Prof. G.S. Darvankar addressed the final year students. Students share their experience and views about Institute. Small Cultural and entertainment programme was organized by the S.E. and T.E. Students followed by delicious lunch.

Guest Lecture on “Industrial Automation’ was delivered by Mr.Sunil Panchal , Panchal Director Sulaxmi Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Virar on 21/03/2018. The speaker explained use of PLC in Industries and its application, Factory acceptance test and site acceptance test and Commissioning procedure used in Industry. Overall the session was proven to be very inspiring and informative for students.

Information Technology Students Association is organizing an workshop on Website making and Digital Marketing, which will be held at college campus on 31st March and 1st April 2017. It will provide an opportunity to all participants to learn about developing a website and marketing it to the right audience. The workshop aims at providing practical idea of how to convert your talent into a source of income. Certificates will be given to all the participants.
